(X)ylophone #AtoZChallenge
The food waited in front of her on the table but she didn’t look at it. She kept staring out from the window and kept checking the door after every few minutes.
She looked at the clock again and again, getting restless by every moment.
Finally the doorbell rang and she ran towards the door to open it. There was the person she was waiting for. She searched the bag of the person but couldn’t find what she was searching for, her favourite chocolate.
“Hey sweetie what are you searching for?”
“Where is my chocolate?” She asked innocently, her face visibly sad.
“There’s no chocolate today”
“But why?” She was now almost to tears.
“Because I bought you something else”
“What is that?”
“It is, X for Xylophone, my little girl”, pulling out the small version of the musical instrument.
“Wow! That’s why you are my favourite aunt! I love you so much!” The little 5 year old jumped with joy hugging her aunt.
