She paced from here to there. Too many thoughts running through her mind. Should I or should I not? All the advises and suggestions that she had been imparting others since ages, were coming back to her all at once now. But it was about her story this time and she would be the one to deal with the consequences. She cursed herself for letting things be like the they were. She wondered how it all happened, but everything seemed a blur.. and now it was getting too hard to handle now. All his thoughts had taken over her days and even her nights.
She had lost the count of how many times she had typed and deleted the messages before even hitting send. Many of the stories concealing her heart’s deepest feelings lay hidden in some folders of the laptop. She often wondered what would happen if she spilled the beans. But this decision wasn’t easy to take. She would have to be very strong either way.
Finally she decided to tell him the next she saw him. But words never came out, always getting stuck in her throat. She would be lost in her thoughts, thinking what to say and the time would just fly away. This happened almost everytime they met since she had decided. She kept collecting the sign all this while.
It was getting difficult day by day to hold everything in herself. Since speech was failing her everytime, she decided to take refuge in her words and crafted their story. The final story that will not be saved as a draft anymore but will be read by only one exclusive reader, him.
The day of verdict came after a long wait this time. She quietly slipped the story in his hands while parting ways after the long and adventurous day. And there started another wait, may be even a longer one, before he read and replied.
The verdict came out a few days later in similar story waiting for her in her mail box.
