Unknown Territory #AtoZChallenge

“Oh God! Oh God! Oh God!”, she closed her eyes in fear, her hands holding the steering wheel fiercely.
“Kay! What are you doing?? We’ll crash! We’ll crash!”
“I’m not doing anything Kim! I’ve lost all control over this!” She haphazardly trying to steer the wheel, sometimes to left sometimes to the right.
“We are going to die! All because of you Kay! I shouldn’t have agreed to your plan!” She shouted, terror written over her face.
Kay didn’t react. Bringing along her elder daughter hadn’t been a good idea of adventure it seemed. She struggled hard to steer the aircraft but the aerodynamics were against her every effort. She wanted an adventure not death, and certainly she didn’t want to die in a crash. But there was hardly anything she could do about it. She closed her eyes and thought about all the good memories of her life while her sister Kim kept on ranting continuously.
The aircraft zoomed past defying all laws of aerodynamics. It moved forward as if it was thrown with the speed of light. No combination of controls on the dashboard worked in their favour. It crashed with a loud thud onto the shore, half in water, half on the sand.
“Oh My God! That was hell of a ride! Kay you fly like crazy!” came a male voice from the back of the aircraft.
Kay thought she had already died and was now in some other world. Scared of what she might see next, she opened her eyes very slowly. Kim also had gone totally quite. When she opened her eyes, she was shocked to see herself alive and saw her shock reflected Kim’s eyes as she turned around.
“What are you doing here?!!” Both sisters shouted when they saw the owner of the voice.
“Well, I eavesdropped your plan and just sneaked in when you both were arguing over the controls”, spoke Zoe, their brother.
He came forward and pressed a few controls to open the emergency exit doors just behind the two pilots seats. Both the sisters followed him out of the aircraft and jumped on the ground.
“What place we are?” asked Kim.
“Ask Kay, she was the pilot”, taunted Zoe.
“I don’t know what place is it. I have never seen such colorful place ever”, she was observing her surrounding. The blue water, yellow sand, green trees few yards away, the blue sky with patches of white clouds. All these sights fascinated her, rather all three of them.
“No problem my darlings sisters. We have a unknown territory to explore. Who knows, we might just discover something and our names will be written forever in the pages of history”, his voice was on a new level of excitement.
