The Lost Map – Guest Post
Hey Everyone! Today here on Expressions I welcome Abhik, my friend and co-contributor in Crumpled Voices- Shades of Suffering (To read his heart stirring story, you can order the book here). Our paths crossed as contributing authors for the mentioned anthology and with a little chit-chat the friendship grew. He is known to be honest critic and sadistic at heart. With Flash fiction and symbolism being his favourite genre (which ofcourse isn’t my cup of tea!), I wonder how he finds my stories perfect to be written as whole book!! Soon this flash fiction will be available as videos. (Do check his page here and here’s the first . You can contribute to it too). Here’s a glimpse of his Five Sentence Fiction. Complex crossroads dwelt ashore his mind.
Love, he coined that fictitious aim.
Ushering down, then came a map, deep down those eyes.
Closer, he now was, just about to hold his goal;
That is when, the lust of darkness kissed, with the closure of her eyes.

Ooh! Passionate!
Ah! Why did she close her eyes? 🙂
Pure romance in so few words. ♥
Compelling
Quite intense. Leaves an impact.
Ahh…the agony of missing for a fraction of a sec…Did I get it right though?
Thanks, Nibha, for this. And thank you all wonderful people who commented and viewed this. Appreciate your gesture!
