The Special Sunday Scroll

Ah! The Sunday is back. Title says Special Sunday, so you might be wondering what made this Sunday special in the middle of finals. Well today is my Best Friend’s birthday! Well, the word best friend would be too little to describe her. She is less of a best friend and more of a sister. Soul sister might  be the perfect one-word definition for her. To anyone who meets us separately can never guess that we are best friends. We are totally poles apart! But still we click She knows something before it happens. I’m falling short of words to describe what she means to me!

Over the journey of more than 10 years together, nurturing a bond called friendship, we have a come long way. Anything to everything that happens in my life, she is always the first person to know it and vice-versa. Be it emotional drama to career tension to any random ranting, she is the one who hears my heart out! She has seen me cry when my dreams shattered, gave hope for the new ones and rejoiced when I happy-danced! Different high schools earlier and later my dad getting transferred while I moved out for higher education, we never really got time to hang around together for past few years. But we still manage to meet atleast a year! So, our friendship is highly grateful to the technology of today. But had it not been this era, we still would have been in touch I am sure of it!
She being a big fan of my creativity, I shower her birthday with my cards every year. Here’s the collection:

She is my permanent source of inspiration, and seeing her succeed I know nothing is impossible. She is a constant motivator during the times I feel low. And her constant motivation led to this!

I can go on and on but I have to stop here. I can’t just thank God enough for blessing me with a friend like her! I don’t know what I would do without you (to this she replies- you don’t even need to know because I’ll be always there)

That might
Suit the occasion right.
Just a simple wish,

Any shade of grey!
May success kiss your way,
And failures be far far away!
